Personalising your next step…

Dr. Khubybe, MBBS, MSc
Doctor, neuroscience educator, father of five and founder of NeuroParenting™.

With 19 years in the medical field, Dr. Khubybe created the NeuroParenting™ System for his own family and continues to use it every day.

His work brings together neuroscience, nutrition and practical family routines with guidance from the Qur'an and Sunnah.

From one parent to another

I did not create this system only as a doctor or neuroscience expert.
I created it as a father.

For years, I studied the human body, the brain and the factors that shape health and behaviour.

But becoming a father of five taught me something that medical knowledge alone could not.

Knowing the science is one thing.

Applying it in the middle of busy family life is another.

Like many parents, I experienced the mealtime struggles, repeated instructions, difficult transitions and moments when emotions became too much.

I began asking a different question.

What if the problem was not simply that a child refused to listen?

What if their brain and body were making it harder for them to eat well, focus, regulate their emotions and cooperate?

And what if we could support those biological needs while also nurturing the Fitrah Allah placed within them?

That question became the beginning of NeuroParenting™.

“I wanted a system that respected both the science of how a child develops and the Islamic guidance that gives that development direction.”

So I brought together what I had learned from medicine, neuroscience, nutrition, parenting and our Islamic tradition.

Then I turned it into practical tools that parents could use in ordinary family life.

Not perfect parenting.

Not a rigid routine.

A clear system for understanding what may be happening beneath your child's behaviour and knowing what to do next.

NeuroParenting™ is not simply a system I teach.

It is the system I built for my own family and continue to use every day.

I have seen it transform the way my children eat, focus, learn, listen and grow.

What began in our home is now helping Muslim families around the world create meaningful change in theirs.

This is more than a parenting course.

It is a new model for raising children with a fit body, a sharp mind and great character.
