Our services are for parents, not children. Where you share information about your child through a quiz, scorecard, or coaching application, you do so as their parent or guardian, and you are responsible for deciding what to share. We do not knowingly collect data directly from children.

  • Systeme.io, our website and funnel platform
  • Our payment processor
  • Our email delivery provider
  • WhatsApp, for community delivery
  • Any professional advisor, such as an accountant, where legally required

We do not sell your data to third parties.

International transfers

Some of our providers may store data outside the UK. Where this happens, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

How long we keep your data

We keep your data for as long as needed to deliver our services, meet legal requirements, usually 6 years for financial records, and no longer than necessary for marketing purposes once you unsubscribe.

You must be 18 or over to purchase our Services. Our content is written for parents and caregivers, not children.

Important disclaimer

Dr. Khubybe holds medical and neuroscience qualifications but is not currently practising as a medical doctor. The content, products, and coaching on this site are educational only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and they are not delivered by a treating clinician. Nothing on this site replaces the care of your child's doctor, paediatrician, or other qualified healthcare professional currently treating your child.

Our content is designed to support focus, routine, and nutrition. It does not reverse, cure, or treat ADHD, autism, or any other diagnosed medical condition. If your child has, or you suspect they may have, a medical or developmental condition, speak to a qualified healthcare professional before making changes based on our content.

Our products and services

We offer free downloads, paid digital programmes, order bumps, and bundles. What is included in each is described on the relevant page at the time of purchase.

Payment

All prices are shown in USD. Payment is taken at the time of order through our payment processor.

Our guarantee

We offer a 30 day guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied, contact contact@drkhubybe.com within 30 days for a full refund. You keep full access to everything you downloaded or received, guarantee or no guarantee. We may ask you to share your Score Card with us first, so we can understand what did not work and try to help, but this is never a condition of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 14 working days.

Intellectual property

All content, including the NEURO™ brand family and all NEURO prefixed names, programmes, and materials, belongs to Khubybe. You may use it for your own family's benefit. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute it without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

We provide our Services with reasonable care and skill, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of England and Wales, unless you live elsewhere in the UK, in which case local mandatory consumer protections still apply to you.
